- Estate planning. I do lots of it: wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and the like.
- Asset preservation and management. I help clients with assets obtain nursing home benefits through Medicaid planning in order to avoid spending all their money down to $0 before getting Medicaid. I also help clients with assets obtain VA benefits to help supplement nursing home private payers, assisted living bills, and caregiver costs.
